Revenue Ops Associate
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Revenue Ops Associate has the responsibility for supporting the LF Education’s revenue KPI goals:
New B2B lead generation
YOY direct B2C revenue growth (excl Affiliates and Paid)
Increase new net learners (and opt-in)
Expand social and web engagement
This position will require a person who is eager to learn the various aspects of B2C and B2B revenue growth and can independently manage their own tasks while working collaboratively across teams.
A strong candidate for the role is well-organized, attentive to detail, creative, analytical and process-oriented, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
Learn all aspects of B2C revenue growth and B2B lead generation with the LF Education team
Coordinate and execute go-to-market strategies for each product type and new product launches
Create LF Education’s thought leadership messaging, positioning, and sales enablement assets
Develop proficiency with a variety of tools in the revenue growth tech stack including Hubspot, SFDC, Canva, Asana, SproutSocial, WordPress, Thought Industries, as well as integrating AI into the everyday tools and processes
Manage, staff, and support events and community engagement to expand brand awareness, engage with current and prospective customers, and drive revenue, including event logistics, collateral coordination, and onsite support as needed
Assist in the creation and implementation of campaign assets, including promotional emails, landing pages, web copy, and social media content
Perform detailed QA reviews across customer-facing assets
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals from stakeholders in order to stay on time and within budget
Track and meet/exceed KPIs related to revenue growth, lead generation, and engagement
Support communications related to product launches and program updates, including website updates, social media graphics, newsletters, and SEO/AEO/GEO optimization

Be able to interface professionally with a variety of internal colleagues, teams and external customers Experienced, self-motivated, productive, effective, and comfortable with remote work.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-2+ years of revenue generation or marketing experience is preferred
Proficiency in business technologies including Google Apps
Additional Information
Salary $60,000 - $74,000 USD
